Pinch Blended Old Scotch Whisky, referred to as The Dimple Pinch, established in 1627, the oldest distillers of scotch whiskey in the world. Few whiskeys attain the rate distinction of the Dimple Pinch.
Here is a 8" decanter that was hard to date, although the wording on one side of the decanter 'FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS SALE OR REUSE OF THIS BOTTLE' was a law that was enacted in 1935 and repealed in 1964, so it falls into that age bracket. It has a metal clamp down cap along with the wording on the bottom "12 Haig & Haig Ltd. SCOTLAND". Lettered in white is the word PINCH on one of the dimpled sides.
The cap shows wear. The rest of the bottle is in perfect condition. It has some 'haze' on the inside. I have not taken the top off and will leave that to the new owner, if desired.
This is a cute little bottle and a nice collector piece!
