Vintage Sterling Silver and Amber Necklace from Poland

We offer a lovely sterling silver and amber necklace from Poland, circa 1980's. We purchased this and many other pieces of jewelry at a recent estate sale. The lady loved to travel and she adored artisan jewelry. This pendant is no exception. Extremely well done with a heavy silver mounting and a large amber cabochon highlighted by a small amber bead in the section that the chain slides through. The total pendant is about 1 5/8 inches long. The sterling box link chain is about 18 inches long. There is no damage, no repairs. It is marked 925 and Poland with a makers mark we cannot make out. The loops to slide the chain through are rather large, making it suitable for a larger chain than the one that came with it.
