1950's Lucite Box Purse Marbled Smokey Gray and Brass

We offer a vintage lucite box purse in a wonderful pearlized smokey gray color accented by brass findings. This is a quality purse. Sturdy, not flimsy. Well made and in very good condition. The top lid is fitted inside with a full mirror. The clear lucite handle swivels freely. We don't find any damage to the bag. Light marks from normal use. We purchased this at a recent estate sale. We purchased the purse and several pieces of exceptional Bakelite jewelry. The heirs said their mother loved her jewelry and accessories and enjoyed them often.

The bag measures approx 8 3/4 inch by 3 3/4 inch by 3 inches tall. There are gentle curves to the bag so measurements are not exact. The brass clasp closes firmly and stays closed. There are no marks as to maker. This box purse will make a wonderful addition to your vintage accessory collection.
