1918 Army Air Corp Thanksgiving Day Menu Vancouver Washington
We offer a Thanksgiving Dinner menu from 1918 served in Vancouver Washington to the 18th Squadron Army Air Corps. The menu is in very good condition with a couple of small bends, a smudge or two. No foul odors. Inside, besides the menu, it lists the names and address of Officers and Enlisted men of 18th Spruce Squadron, Air Service. Interesting, the word Spruce was misspelled to Spurce on one page. The menu listed breakfast and dinner. There are some nice old photos. A good history of Old Fort Vancouver is included.
This is a great old piece of paper and shares a lot of history from the WW I era. It measures approx 9 1/4 by 5 1/4 inch and has 8 pages inside the covers.
