Arranbee R&B 20 Inch Hard Plastic Doll
We offer a 20 inch hard plastic doll from Arranbee or R & B. I don't know who she is. I'm not a doll person. I'm guessing possibly a Nancy Lee. She has gorgeous green eyes that open and close freely. Her hair appears to be a mohair wig. It needs some tlc. She has snap red shoes with cardboard soles. The body is jointed at arms, neck and legs. I imagine a re-stringing will be in order. She has a tiny scratch near her mouth. I've given a close up. Her little cotton dress has some small holes. I think her straw hat is magnificent. The taffeta ribbon is faded in the front.
I think these dolls from the 1950's have so much charm and character. I'm glad there are those out there that will take the time to re-dress and re-store.
