German Hand Painted Tea Tile
This is a lovely three crown German combination hand stenciled and transfer decorated tea tile. The stencil decoration is lined in a semi-gloss gold trim, not the shiny gold that was used after the 20's or so. This type of gold usually shows more age than the shiny gold. This measures 5 3/4" square and 3/4" deep. The mark is very very light, but I can see that it is the three crown German mark that is so common. There are no chips, cracks, dings or other damage and the gold coverage is not badly worn. Happy Collecting and have a sunshine day!!!!!!!!
