Hand Colored Photo of Boy in Oval Curved Glass Frame

This is a hand colored photo of a standing boy of between 1 1/2 to 3 years of age, dressed in a white pants and shirt with a huge blue and white bow tie. It is in a plain oval frame with curved glass. I date this at late 1800's or very early 1900's. The frame measures 21 5/8" long and 15 5/8" wide. There are some cracks in the inner front portion of the frame and one area where the cracks are very deep and will eventually result in a breaking away of the plaster of which this part of the frame is made of. As of now, though the frame looks fine when you look at it at a normal viewing distance. The colors are nice and bright and show no signs of fading. Happy Collecting!!!!!
