Hobbs & Brockunier Sapphire Daisy & Button Covered Sugar
This is a sapphire colored pattern glass covered sugar in the Daisy and Button pattern by Hobbs & Brockunier. It measures 5 7/8" tall to the top of the knob on the cover and 4 7/8" in diameter. There are no chips, cracks, dings or other damage. My Hobbs, Brockunier & Co Glass Identification and value guide shows a catalogue page with this piece and it is listed as no101 sugar & cover, and my value guide dates this from 1884. '101' refers to the pattern, not the individual piece. Happy Collecting!!!!!!
