Paper Mache Begging/Sitting Bunny

Usually referred to as paper mache, this bunny is actually made of a molded cardboard mixture, called pulp, the same as egg carton materiel,, that after dried, is removed from its mold, then coated with a base paint and then decorated. This piece, although not torn, or dented is loosing its base coat of white paint by the front of his most forward front foot and by the tips of both of his ears. This bunny measures 7 1/16" tall 3 3/4" long and 2 1/4" deep. I would date this from the 1930's to '50's and it was made in the US. Happy Collecting!!!!!!.
