Pretty Lady in yellow Head Vase C6018

This is a very pretty lady in yellow with a yellow hat and applied daisies. Two of the daisies have broken petals in fact, the smaller daisy is broken in half. I do not have the missing pieces. Other than that damage there are no other major chips. cracks or damage, although there are many very short , under 1/8" stress cracks along the upper edge of the opening of the vase. . I believe that the clay was too dry when the salvage was trimmed away which left the stress cracks. There is some crazing in the glaze especially noticeable near the top of the vase which is caused sometimes by quick changes in temperatures and moistures. The head vase measures 5 5/8" tall 4 5/8" long and 3 3/4" wide. Oops!!! it does look as if the pearl on the ladies left ear may have been re-glued as I see some dis-colorization around it. Still a great item to add to your collection. Happy Collecting!!!
