Josef Original's 5th Birthday Angel in Small Size

This is the Josef Original's 5th Birthday angel in the smaller of the two sizes that I have seen the birthday angels in. This one measures 3 3/4" tall, 3 1/4" side to side and 2 5/8" from front to back. It was made somewhere between 1959-85. It is in wonderful condition with no chips, cracks, dings or other damage and both the applied label, and the tie on tag are in excellent condition. There is a teensy tear in the top center of the applied label. It also has the incised script mark on the bottom of the piece. Because of the tie on label, I would say that this is a later rather than earlier piece. Happy Collecting. See item con1533 for a history of the company.
