9.5" Bisque Head Baby Unmarked with painted Eyes
This is a doll with an identity crisis. She has hair painted beneath her wig as if someone decided to make her a girl baby instead of a boy. (This is easily removed)The bisque has chips on the back of the neck that are invisible as the neck sits in the socket of the body. Otherwise, the bisque is fine. She has pretty blue painted eyes and lots of eyelashes and expertly painted eyebrows. Her body is the original with the original finish although she has had the ends of her left foot rebuilt and the big toe of her right foot. There are some finger chips on the tips of her fingers. She has an open mouth with a bit of tongue visible. Her cheeks have dimples. Her dress is an old organdy type material in a pink polka dot and has a pique collar with lace. I added the rose. Her bloomers look newer but her socks are old rayon. Cute doll for a reasonable price.
