Staffordshire Fruit Basket circa 1825 (as is)

Blue and white Staffordshire transferware fruit basket circa 1825. These openwork pieces allowed air to circulate around the grapes or fruit. This one is in the "willow" pattern. Due to their delicate nature, these items do not often survive in such good condition as this one. Nice and clean, but with flaws (see below)

Size: Approximately 9.5" long, 6.25" wide, 3.25" high.

Condition: There is a crack through the upper border, and some lines in the lattice below that. No other chips, cracks or repairs.

Note that I try to be conservative about condition descriptions, carefully noting any flaws. Of course, with antique items, there will be some signs of usage, and/or manufacturing defects. But overall, my customers have always been pleasantly surprised upon receiving their items, and of course, I would expect a return if I happen to miss anything.
