Exceptional Porcelain Bud Vase ~ Hand Painted with Burgundy Luster and Gold ~ 1907

This beauty is a very unique shape with a fluted rim and each side of the bulbous base is concaved in. The artist has painted the base, the upper rim and inside portion of the neck and the concave circles with a brilliant gold. He has extended the gold from the side into a fleur de lis shape that goes up the neck. Raised golden dots accent the edge of fleur de lis. Surrounding the gold designs is a rich background of burgundy color in a luster effect. This is truly a treasure! There is no markers mark, but the artist did initial and date it, HH 1907. There are no chips, or cracks; manufacturing anomalies may exist, the occasional tiny iron speck, dust 'bump' in the glaze, etc.
