Wonderful Old Ironstone Tureen ~ Decorated with Deep Olive Green Greek Key, Flowers & Vines ~ Florence Pattern ~ Furnivals Limited ~ 1907

Of all the beautiful porcelain tureens I’ve seen this old ironstone one caught my eye. There is just something about an old piece like this that makes it special. It is plainly decorated with a dark olive green Greek key design around the rim and the upper edge of the bowl. Within this design are tiny flowers on a vine with bows that are wound around and through the key design. The handles are accented with the deep green color also. It sits on a 1/2” high base making it a very study piece. There are no chips, hairlines or cracks; manufacturing anomalies do exist, the occasional tiny iron speck, dust 'bump' in the glaze, etc. This one you can use and display!!!!!
