Beautiful 12" Art Nouveau Porcelain Chop Plate / Platter ~ Pickard Studio Decorated with Pink Flowers ~ Pickard Studios Chicago IL 1912-1918

This piece matches our dinner service of 8 that is offered! Pickard Studio has applied an abundance of roman gold coin to the edge. The artist has place golden cartouches interspersed with a delicate pink rose and golden design under the gold rim. The designs are connected with a fine gold ring that really pulls it all together. There is minimal wear to the gold edging and they still look shiny and new. There are hairlines or cracks; manufacturing anomalies do exist, the occasional tiny iron speck, dust 'bump' in the glaze, etc.
