2 – Outstanding Bavarian Porcelain Cabinet Plates ~ Hand Painted with Daisies ~ Artist Signed ~ Thomas Sevres Bavaria 1908+

What a wonderful pair of plates! The artist was a very talented individual and his work definitely looks like Pickard or Stouffer Studio’s artists work. He has painted a wide band of coin gold around the round rim of these plates. Separating the white center from the gold he has painted three white daisies on each side of the plates, intermingled with beautiful soft green leaves, stems and buds. Artist “MV Crocker” has signed the front of these two wonderful plates. There are no hairlines or cracks; manufacturing anomalies do exist, the occasional tiny iron speck, dust 'bump' in the glaze, etc.

Backstamp: Thomas in shield Bavaria underneath and Sevres on top
