Unique Shaped Bavarian Porcelain Pitcher ~ Hand Painted with Blue, White and Pink Flowers ~ Stouffer Studio Decorated ~ Pattern "Cacilie" ~ Huthenruther, Selb Bavaria / Favorite 1906-1914

This pitcher has a very uniquely shaped handle which makes it stand out amongst the ordinary pitchers. The artist has painted the handle and rim of this piece with coin gold added and elegant touch. On one side he has painted dainty white flowers in the middle of a group of light blue-violet ones. He has added just enough of greenery to balance it out and has also added small light pink flowers on the outskirts of the bouquet. The other side of the pitcher has a smaller rendition of the same bouquet. He has placed the wonderful flora on a light green background that blends into rest of a creamy white background. There are no chips, hairlines or cracks; manufacturing anomalies do exist, the occasional tiny iron speck, dust 'bump' in the glaze, etc.

Four Backstamp: Huthenruther, Selb Bavaria in cursive, HR in circle, Hand Stouffer Painted Mark 4, Favorite
