Beautiful Woman’s Prohibition 4 oz Hip Flask ~ Sterling Silver Top and Intaglio Bow & Flower design ~ Henry Perkin and Sons Silver Smith 1932.

This is a wonderful flask that some woman may have hidden in her garter!!! Since this is dated 1932 it was during the prohibition period in the US which makes it very interesting. It has beautiful etched bows, flowers and floral swags on the upper portion of the glass. Under the flora design are wheel cut visica cuts in different lengths. This has a "captive top" which means it has is a small section attached to the top to the flask to stop it from getting lost when it's taken off. You have to turn it and then pop it up. The original cork is still in place in the upper portion of the lid.
