These are beautifully hand blown, making them alike but also each are slightly different do to them being individually produced. The bowls are comprised of very unique swirled panels of clear glass and then at the top the swirl goes the opposite direction giving the rims a slight wavy effect. They have been decorated with 18K (tested) gold transfers. The transfers have a woman face interspersed between scroll work. You can also see the design when looking through the inside of the bowl. Above the golden decoration is raised white enamel beading adding that little extra. The glass is thicker than fine crystal and you can see imperfection such as bubbles in the glass indicating it's age. The pontil on the bottom of the stemware is slightly ruff. After research for hours we have found similar ones making us believe these possibly were produced by the Salviati Co of Murano Italy. Salviati & Co was founded in 1859 in Murano, Venice, Italy, by Dr Antonio Salviati, Enrico Podio, and Lorenzo Radi. One of the transfer is fainter that the others. There are no chips or cracks on these glasses.
