Round Threaded Glass Inkwell / Match Striker with Sterling Silver Rim and Top. ~ H Williamson Ltd (William Henry Sparrow) Spencer Street, Birmingham 1902 – 1920

This is an interesting piece. The round threaded body was also so used as a match striker. The silver top has a cork and fits tightly within the round bottom. The hallmarks are impressed on the side of the rim and the initials FFG are lightly scratched by the hallmark.

Measures: 2" w x 2 ½" H
