The wonderful world of Bunnykins by Royal Doulton is full of exciting Bunnykins characters and thrilling adventures. The story of Bunnykins was originally based on a family of eight rabbits and their everyday adventures in the village of Little Twitching. An English convent nun, Sister Mary Barbara, first created the Bunnykins family in 1934. Over the years a number of very talented artists have contributed to the success of the Bunnykins figure range. Bunnykins by Royal Doulton are collected and cherished by young and old. On this wonderful old piece made in 1936 the bunnykins family is dancing around a player piano on one side and on the other side PaPa bunnykin is reading the paper. A circle of bunnies are running around the globe shaped bank. There are no hairlines, chips or cracks; manufacturing anomalies may exist, the occasional tiny iron speck, dust 'bump' in the glaze, etc
