Fantastic German Porcelain 14'' Tableside Champagne Chiller ~ Hand Painted with Pink Roses ~ HUTSCHENREUTHER Germany 1920-1970

The unknown artist has done remarkable work on this beautiful piece. She has painted Pinkish Purple cabbage roses in different stage of blooming, completely covering the outside of this piece. The artist has used a deep forest green and painted leaves and stems in a shadowy effect around the roses. The flora is placed on a pink and green background. The upturned handles and rim have been painted with gold giving the piece elegance and a rich feel. The gold rim and handles are a little worn, please see pictures for condition. There are no hairlines or cracks; manufacturing anomalies do exist, the occasional tiny iron speck, dust 'bump' in the glaze, etc.
