Colorful Limoges Porcelain Creamer ~ Hand Painted with Bright Orange Poppies and Yellow Flowers by Artist Duval ~ Limoges France / NMI after 1891

These gorgeous little creamer has have been hand painted by the distinguished master Limoges artist Duval. He has painted a wonderful rendition of beautiful orange poppies and small yellow flowers on the body of this wonderful piece. He has accented the flowers and petals with nice delicate golden outlines. Adding a golden rim and handle he has completed his artwork nicely. The artist Duval has signed this piece by the handle. He is featured and listed as a well known French artist in Mary Gaston's reference book: 'Collector's Encyclopedia of Limoges Porcelain' 3rd edition and his work is highly sought after. There are no hairlines or cracks; manufacturing anomalies do exist, the occasional tiny iron speck, dust 'bump' in the glaze, etc.
