This is a very unique and one of a kind piece!! This beautiful hand painted wooden plaque has been done by a very talented artist. She depicts an auburn haired woman dressed in Victorian attire and wide brimmed hat. She has added soft pink roses with greenery around the hats rim. A large white netting has been placed over the beautiful hat and ties under her chin in a fabulous bow. The facial features are very will done with great detail. The plaque is placed in a wooden & plaster frame that has raised relief swirls in deep red and a lighter red raised rim around the picture and the outside of the framework. Two floral raised relief swag designs are in the upper corners. The frame has some scuffs and bumps. The artist has signed this piece
