Exquisite Bouillon Cup & Saucer ~ Limoges Porcelain ~ Double Handled ~Teal & Gold Embellished ~ Coiffe Limoges France 1876 -1890

Wow, this is a beauty! The cup and saucer have raised relief around the edge. An abundance of gold paint decorates the edge of the cup and the scalloped saucer. A deep teal background(which is very hard to capture) with golden leaf design transfers is next to the gold work. Golden swag designs separate the teal background from the white background on the cups bottom and the saucers well. The inside of the edge of the cup also has the swag design. Beautiful gold handles complete the cup wonderfully. This piece is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Manufacturing anomalies may exist, the occasional tiny iron speck, dust 'bump' in the glaze, etc.
