Adorable Limoges Porcelain Three Footed Bon Bon / Candy Dish ~ Hand Painted with Yellow Roses ~ Tressemann & Vogt 1892-1907

This adorable little dish sits on three round, gold painted feet. The artist has painted the lower portion of the dish a soft buttery yellow. The upper portions he has painted three groups of beautiful deep yellow roses in-between gold bands on a background of pastel blues and cream. He has accented the yellow roses with small violet colored flowers giving this dish a wonderful look. The inside of the bowl has a creamy white background tying in with the cream background inside the gold bands. There are no hairlines or cracks; manufacturing anomalies do exist, the occasional tiny iron speck, dust 'bump' in the glaze, etc.

This would be a great piece of Limoges to add to your collection and would look wonderful full of candy!
