1909 Christmas Theme Pins Tray - Flemish Art - Pyrography
This small shallow "Pins" tray is 5 1/2" x 5" x 1/4" high and marked on the back "1909". It's a simple design, decorated with holly leaves and deep red berries.

Pyrography is the art of decorating items by burning designs, most usually on wood or leather, with a heated tool. It was an especially popular home craft project during the early part of the 20th C. here in America.
