Antique Print Thulstrup 1891 Love In Olden Days

Antique print by T. Thulstrup, noted Swedish artist and illustrator (1848-1930)titled "Love in Olden Days" lower center. Romantic image of a young couple riding in a horse drawn carriage on a snowy road. The colors are gorgeous - muted (not faded), the images of the couple are great in their Victorian clothing. Even the harness on the horse is finely detailed. The frame is ornately carved wood with beading and gold gilt. Lower right corner reads "Copyright 1891".

Measures 14 7/8 wide by 20 5/8 long overall. Image area is 11 5/8 x 17 5/8. The print was cut to fit the frame. There is a light crease upper center by the white edge. The frame has two small losses on the inner wood beading liner. The two upper corners have slight gaps and should be tightened.
