Fantastic Irish or English Champagne Ice Bucket Compote Urn Cut Crystal XIX c.
This is one of the best large glass crystals I've seen in a while. This can be used as a champagne bucket or a centerpiece / compote. It has an intricate hand cut design throughout the bowl. I believe this to be of Irish origin. Unsigned.
Over the years I had antique signed crystal pieces from Libbey, Hawkes, J. Hoare, or Baccarat and this piece here is of a very similar quality.
This was bought from a distinguished older American family, who claim to have this in the family for well over 100 years now.
