Absolutely beautiful antique silver Swiss pocket watch made by Charles Matthey. The watch case is 800 silver with an enameled blue and yellow bird and purple iris flowers on the front. The porcelain-faced clock with beveled glass is on the back. The inside markings are: Cylindre Roubis Charles Matthey LOCLE, G4550. The watch is 2 inches high including ring by 1-1/4 inches wide. The timepiece is not running. The condition of pocket watch is mint and lovely. When worn on a long sterling chain, this would be stunning.
