This is a 1930s Japanese made Art Deco flapper lady china head match wall pocket. She has stylishly waved blond hair and a slanted black hat with blue strap under her chin. The top s open to hold matches or whatever else you wish. There is a hole in the back to mount on a the wall. It is marked JAPAN in red on the back.
The wall pocket measures 3" tall by 2.75" across by 1.5" thick.
Condition is good.
I think this would be great in the bathroom to hold a few q-tips.
