This is a fine antique Victorian era Scottish sterling silver brooch set with malachite stones. The brooch is in the form or a 7 lobed flower shape, with decorative engraved pattern and stones set on each 'petal'. There are no markings. The metal tests positive for silver content of sterling grade. The back has an old fashioned T hinged pin stem and C clasp.
This brooch weighs 27.7 gr. It measures 2.125" in diameter and is .5" thick.
Condition: One stone is cracked but still secure in its setting.
