This is a fine circa 1940s sterling silver heart leaf cuff bracelet plus mathcing earrings, all made by Francisco Rebajes. The cuff is marked Rebajes Sterling on one end. The earrings are unmarked but came with the bracelet and are clearly a match.
The bracelet weighs 42 gr. It measures 6.5" interior circumference and is flexible enough to adjust. The cuff is 1.25" wide. The earrings weigh 5.7 gr each. They measure 1" x .625"
Condition is good, with expected minor surface wear and patina.
If you are not familiar with the story of Francisco Rebajes, it is a tale worthy of a movie. He came to NY in 1922 as a 16 year old ship stowaway from the Dominican Republic. He rose from a penniless and homeless street urchin to having a store on 5th Avenue showcasing his original designs. He is a true American success story.
