1989 Polish Sterling Silver Amber Abstract Brooch by Beata Sztrenga
This is a fine hand made designer abstract sterling silver brooch in the form of a semi circle inset with 4 vertical panels of translucent amber, and signed on the back POLSKIE DZIEWCZYNY '89 BEATA SZTRENGA. The metal tests positive for silver content of sterling grade. The brooch has its original pin back and hook clasp. There are additional markings on the pin stem, including 925 for sterling silver and other illegible marks. I was unable to get a clear photo of the markings on the pin stem. The amber panels appear to be real natural amber but I opted not to test them so as to avoid damage.
