This is a glorious circa 1920s-1930s era French rhinestone covered bow brooch. Metal content is unmarked. It does not test positive for sterling silver but may be silver plate or rhodium plated. The Made in France marking is on the end of the clasp. It has a standard pin stem and an old fashioned trombone style push clasp.
This brooch weighs 19.1 gr. It measures 2.75" x 1.5".
Condition is overall good. All stones are present and appear to be original.
