This is an interesting little 3.25" tall all bisque Frozen Charlotte advertising doll for Parrot shoes. Poll Parrot shoes, from parent company Paul Parrot Shoes, were popular children's shoes in the early to mid 1900s. Poll Parrot gave away trinkets, and advertised via comic books, radio shows, and television sponsorships for customers. The company was purchased by International Shoe in the first half of the century International Shoe dropped Poll Parrot from the line, stopped making shoes altogether and after several decades and name changes is now America's largest furniture company.
Condition: some rub wear tot he painted finish. No chips or cracks.
