This is a darling little 7" tall bisque head doll wearing her original regional folk costume. The Société Française de Fabrication de Bébés et Jouets' (S.F.B.J.), founded in 1899 was a large French doll making group, including companies such as Jumeau, Bru and Fleischmann and Bloedel. This little girl has her original simple composition jointed body.
Condition is good. There is a smudge of dark on the top front of her skirt where something may have once been glued on.
