Domestic packages are shipped by Priority Mail--but you always have the choice of 1st Class if you prefer. International packages are shipped 1st Class--but you always have the choice of Priority if you prefer. Be sure to choose your shipment method at the time of purchase.

Additional items purchased at the same time incur no additional shipping or insurance charge for Domestic packages shipped by Priority Mail. International shipping will be calculated when multiple items are purchased with a maximum charge of $25.

All of our packages are insured by a third party carrier for maximum savings. You will not see this on the label, but rest assured that you are covered. There are a few restricted countries--you will be notified at the time of purchase if your package is not insured.

As part of our commitment to green business practices, we do not include a paper receipt or invoice in your package. You may access a receipt at any time from your account page or from your Paypal account page. If for some reason you require a paper receipt in the package, simply request one at the time of purchase and it will be included.
