Judith Hendler Black & White Acri-Gems Earrings with original label

The earrings are black and white acrylic tubes in the shape of a diamond when worn. They are for pierced ears and measure 2" long. They have their original foil label still attached to the Back. They are in excellent condition, but do need a light cleaning from years in storage. They were never worn.

I recently contacted Judith to ask about these earrings and here is her response: "The picture of the earrings that you sent are definitely mine. They were done in my studio-workshop in the 1980's, probably in the early to late spring as that is the time when I traditionally released the new Black and White line. This was a very popular earring and was done in many color variations. I have rarely seen it in the resale / vintage market place. The earrings originally retailed in Saks / Bullocks /Bloomingdales, etc. for approximately $35.00. The entire earring is in its original state."
