Cake Plate ~ Sandwich Plate ~ Royal China (USA) ~ '50's

This, very large, cake or sandwich plate is Royal China (USA). The pattern, Green Filigree on White, no trim (Replacements LTD #RYL48), is identical to the Delmar Lace pattern, with color being the exception.

Measuring approx. 13 1/4" across, this plate is in very good, used, condition. There are no cracks, chips or dings. though there are some utensil marks, and scuffs on the bottom rim. I have photographed, what is commonly referred to as, a flea bite on the top surface of the plate. There is also a, faint, green mark in the center. (green flow or smear of paint during production)

These large cake plates are also used as serving platters.

This will definitely make a wonderful addition to your collections of cake or serving plates.
