Vintage Bennington Potters Vermont Blue Agate Stoneware Large Serving Platter

Vintage Bennington Potters Vermont stoneware large serving platter in the fabulous Blue Agate pattern features wonderful cobalt blue sponge ware decoration. The dish has a rounded rectangle shape that is slightly wider in the center. Each piece is handmade so each one is similar yet different.

This wonderful dish is in perfect condition. The piece bears the Bennington Potters Vermont impressed mark and numbered *1682. This is a large platter measuring 16 1/2 by 10 inches. The Blue Agate Sponge Ware dinnerware is still being made; however, this particular piece is discontinued. It is vintage 1970's.

This classic pattern is timeless and is perfect for everyday as well as special occasions.
