Antique Victorian 14K Gold Snake Wrapped Around Salmon Coral Stick Pin

Dates to the mid to late Victorian era, circa 1880.

Crafted in solid 14K yellow gold. Not hallmarked, but carefully acid tested.

Post-set with a genuine salmon coral teardrop shaped cabochon, which the tiny detailed gold snake (or serpent) wraps around.

Stickpin measures 3.11" from top to bottom, with a maximum width of 0.36" at the top. This piece weighs 2.4 grams.

Condition is very good, with no repairs. Hairline crack to one side of coral noted, but coral is very secure and solid. Cleaned and ready to wear.
