Antique Victorian 18K Gold French Enamel Diamond Duck Stick Pin

Crafted in solid 18K yellow gold, with diamonds set into silver. Hallmarked on pin stem with the eagle's head hallmark from France. No maker's marks unfortunately.

Wonderful duck or waterfowl in flight motif, featuring possibly a Mallard? Beautifully finished in green, blue and yellow enamel, and set with 10 old rose-cut diamonds (one of which is partially covered over by enameling.)

Stickpin measures 2.77" from tip of the pin to top of the wings, and 0.85" from bill to webbed feet. This piece weighs 2.7 grams.

Condition is very good, with no repairs. Minor wear to enamel, and bends to pin stem. Cleaned and ready to wear.
