Scrooge & Donald Duck - Comic Strip, Signed by Carl Barks.
Grey Hair is Hereditary, Scrooge complains as he talks about Donald Duck. This is the original ink drawing of the comic strip that is copyrighted 1981 by Walt Disney Productions and distributed by King Features Syndicate. This has been hand signed by Carl Barks. He did not draw this strip but is considered the "father" of Scrooge.
The framing was through Disney and the mat has a giclee print of money bags and a pick in a gold mine at the bottom of either corner. The mat has the words, inspired by the Father of Scrooge McDuck, Mr. Carl Barks.
The comic strip is 6 1/2 x 21 inches. The frame is 16 x 30 1/2 inches. It includes the attached - Information on this Original Artwork - from Walt Disney Art Classics.
Carl Barks (American 1901-2000), was a famous Disney illustrator and comic book creator. He invented Duckburg and Scrooge.
