This is a beautiful, delicate little two piece set with sugar dish and creamer. It's in a floral pattern with pink, blue and yellow flowers against a white background. The rim and handle of the creamer is highlighted with gold trim, as well as the top rim of the sugar dish. There is very slight wear to the gold trim of either piece. The sugar bowl has three hairline cracks visible only on the inside. I have attached photographs of these. They measure from ¼" – ¾" in length. Otherwise both pieces are in very good condition.
The creamer measures 3 1/4" high, 3" from spout to handle, 2 1/8" base diameter. The sugar dish measures 3 5/8" across top, 2 ¼" high and the base is 1 5/8" in diameter.
The bottom is marked: Radford's, Crown China, Made in England, #7704.
Chintz is the generic name for English china with an allover floral transfer design. It was produced in England during the first half of the 20th Century.
