Sterling Silver Spoon by Whiting Mfg. Co - Dorothy Vernon Pattern
This spoon is in the "Dorothy Vernon" pattern by Whiting Mfg. Co. circa 1909. The spoon measures 5 3/4" long and condition is very good. We have thirteen of these available; all in similar condition all have monograms. The spoon is marked: Sterling; Whiting Hallmark; "Pat App For"; Bowler & Bordick Co.; engraved 1910 on back of spoon handle. We will also be listing the matching forks of which we have nine available. Please note: This price is for one spoon only.
FYI: WHITING MANUFACTURING COMPANY - New York Whiting Manufacturing Company was formed in 1866. Purchased by Gorham in 1924 and moved to Providence, RI in 1926.
