Early 1900's Easter Chicks Duck Postcard

Edged in purple and vibrantly colored throughout this pre-1917 Easter postcard celebrates the season with baby Chicks and a baby Duck, all surrounded by a golden egg. The addition of lilies on one side gives the card pizazz as does the gold highlighting of the egg and the "Easter Greetings" legend. The card is embossed from the back which allows the design to really stand out and it measures 5 3/8" x 3.5". It is postally unused but has a greeting written in pencil on the back. The postcard is in good condition with some wear along the edges and a squiggly line near the legend that looks to have come from printing. A pretty piece for decorating both your home and gifts with colors that really catch the eye.
