1950's-60's Imperial Carnival Glass "Robin" Water Set

A vision in iridescent, dark blue, this seven piece set from Imperial is sure to make a dramatic display on your special occasion, holiday or party table. Each piece features song birds perched among leaves, seemingly singing and pressed outward from the glass for a 3-D appearance. The pitcher is very, very heavy and measures 8.5" tall, 5.5" in diameter, and 8" in length from spout to handle. Each cup is 4 1/8" tall and 3" in diameter. The cups are all in good condition with no chips or cracks and still retain their original Imperial price stickers, although they are much faded. The pitcher has a 3 1/8" line near the bottom that looks like a crack but isn't (see pic, it does not go through the glass, likely from manufacturing) and a spot on a vine that looks like a chip and is (see pic, near the aforementioned line). The pitcher still has its sticker but it is unreadable and also a store sticker for $210.00 (also quite faded). All of the pieces have the "IG" mark. A truly beautiful set in a cobalt dream, you'll be pleased, we're sure!
