This is a lovely strand of vintage Princess length pearls(17 1/2 inches)which have a pretty 14k white gold clasp that was further enhanced 3 additional pearls-they are an excellent wearable size and a perfect gift for any occasion. Not only are pearls timeless and classic but they are never out of style and unlike some pieces of fine jewelery these have no limits as to when they can be worn...not so big and fussy that they can't be worn in the daytime and whether with jeans and T shirt , Business attire or Formal gown you'll find them to always be appropriate and they don't favor any particular season or age group. These gems lend to a cream color with pink overtones and the luster is beautiful- no chips or losses to the nacre. Nice to invest in something that can actually get much use!
